Event Details

The Career Ministry is back at Holy Spirit to stay! We have a double header taking place in McDonough Hall, the new building, on Thursday, March 18th at 6:00 PM. This is our last meeting until April 15.

We are celebrating St. Patrick's Day at our meeting on the 18th.  Yes, we know St. Patrick's Day is the 17th, but we want to celebrate it with all of you! To register for this special event.  Please go to our web site careerministry.org

Our First guest is Monica Johnson Cox Communications SPHR. National Talent and Development Organization Manager - Talent Acquisition for Cox Communications.

Our other very special guest is Joe Gaeta, President, The Joan Gaeta Lung Cancer Foundation (www.forjoan.org)

A job-seeker himself, Joe will speak to us about his foundation as well as the importance of being involved in volunteer work while looking for employment.  As Joe will relate, "paying it forward" is an excellent philosophy - both spiritually and as a career strategy.

Bring your list of target companies, and network with some of the finest people in Atlanta. Bring you wives/husbands special friends, so they may experience your job search. Share your challenges with those you love.

Please, join us on Thursday, March 18!

CAREERministry MEETINGS ARE FREE
We never charge for individuals to attend our meetings. We welcome everyone to our meetings and share with our guests, all of our resources.

CAREERministry invites employers to present job opportunities to our guests. A sort of mini job fair, with carefully selected companies invited each week. You have the opportunity to meet personally with a potential employer.

As a courtesy to our employer/guest, and for the opportunity to network, Please try to be on time. Dress is Business Casual.

CAREERministry serves and respects all of God's children, and so do our guest employers.

Our goal is respect for the human person.

CAREERministry requires our guest employers to respond to your inquiries, in a timely manner. We know how frustrating it is to send resumes and inquiries that appear to go into a black hole. Our goal is to fill that black hole with the respect of a response.

OUR OBJECTIVE
Our objective is to help you make that all important connection with your future. Our attendees and volunteers offer one another prayerful support, because, All Things are Possible Through Prayer.
